My bedside table with a stack of night time reading. I couldn't decide at the library which to read, so I checked them all out.

A busy street in my town (fyi... see the painted white circle on the road? That's a mini roundabout... I'll tell you all about them one day.)

I have a new hair style (and a new friend who is Canadian and a hair stylist - all around awesome!) Not a great self portrait here - I'll try to post a better picture of my new hairdo soon.... that is, if I get around to actually doing my hair again one day. (I think I'm turning into one of those frumpy housewives who just throws her hair up into a messy bun every day. eek!)

It was a miserable week with the weather - lots of wind, cold and rain. Tess and I found things to keep us busy indoors.

My favorite way to do most of my Christmas shopping: online ......

...but it's still fun to go out to the shops too. The Christmas lights make everything so atmospheric.

Tess and her dad on Sunday morning reading stories in their jammies.
I love these. I can't Christmas shop online because I really need items in my hand that minute. Sure wish I could!
ReplyDeleteYour haircut is cute!
When I first looked at your photo of Tess playing with the play dough my first thought was, "What! She can already spell her name out! She is way ahead of Lydia!" Then I realized you probably did that :) I haven't ever tried play dough with Lydia, I guess I've been afraid she would eat it or make way too much of a mess! But maybe I should give it a shot!
